Advertising Opportunities

Reach social workers in Ontario, choose from one of the many advertising opportunities through OASW.

Email Admail

OASW offers the opportunity of reaching its members by email to advertise services with relevance to social workers.

In order to advertise electronically with OASW:

  • The e-mailing must be approved by OASW.

  • Each ad is sent individually (i.e., not combined with other ads); an advertiser can choose to advertise more than one event within the same ad. (There is no size limit.)

  • The advertisement needs to be within the body of the message ready to forward as is (we do not send attachments and we do not provide a design service).

  • Some advertisers send text-only messages (with hyperlinks to their website).  We can also forward ads designed in online programs such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.

  • Cost: 25 cents per e-mail address + $100 administrative charge (we have approximately 6,500 valid email addresses that receive advertising)

  • We can also target geographically if you want to reach less than the whole province – let us know what region and we can provide a quote

  • The emailing must be done by OASW staff (email addresses will not be provided to outside organizations)

  • The emailing can sometimes be completed within 4 to 6 weeks of the request (however we suggest you reserve a date as soon as possible)

  • Credit card pre-payment is required immediately prior to any admail.

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact Rita Mascherin, Manager of Executive Operations and Governance at [email protected].
