Recent Branch Initiatives

The AGM was held on May 28, 2009. Marie Turcotte, retired Social Worker, spoke to us about how being a member of OASW was of benefit to her professional life and career. She was very inspiring and we plan to publish her words in our next bulletin.

The new Board met June 4 for an informal brain-storming session to discuss ideas and plans for the next year. There was much enthusiasm by all and we are looking forward to working together over the next year.
