OASW Is Hiring a New CEO
With the upcoming retirement of our long-serving CEO, the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW) is seeking an outstanding new leader to take the Association to its next level of achievement in serving as the voice for social workers in Ontario.
The Board wishes to recruit a visionary CEO with a track record of success in leadership, advocacy and strategically advancing an organization towards its mission. The ideal candidate is an inclusive, authentic and inspirational leader with outstanding relationship building skills. Possessing excellent communication and critical thinking skills, the individual sought understands the professional identity of social workers and is attuned to the changing landscape of the profession in Ontario.
This is a full-time permanent position.
