The Social Work Provincial Conference is the largest knowledge mobilization event of its kind for social workers and social service workers in Ontario. This 2-day conference facilitates a multi-directional flow of information among and between front-line practitioners, policy-makers, researchers, students and other leaders in the field, to accelerate access to relevant information, tools, and resources while advancing practice through:
