Enhanced Mental Health Service Delivery for Racialized Populations:
Curriculum and Educational Content Design

Are you an educator, trainer, instructor or facilitator with a commitment to and expertise in racial equity integration?

OASW is engaged in the creation of evidenced-based curriculum and educational content to provide specialized training for enhanced mental health service delivery for racialized populations to social workers and social service workers in Ontario.

Curriculum and educational content will focus on knowledge, skills and capacity to support groups disproportionately impacted by COVID-19, including women, youth, LGBTQ+, persons with disabilities, Indigenous, Black, racialized, and other vulnerable populations facing increasing demand for mental health supports, overcoming barriers to access, and returning to the workforce.

While the deadline for RFP submissions has passed, we encourage creators who have demonstrated a commitment to racial equity integration to still connect with us for opportunities to collaborate. This includes members of the social work community who have not yet worked with OASW and/or who do not have a PhD, but who have a passion for racial equity work and supporting racialized populations.
