See what fellow social work students had to say about why they joined the OASW community:

“As a social work student, I’m passionate about social justice issues. It seemed like a natural progression to join an association that shared this passion for advocating for social justice issues, specifically concerning social workers in Ontario.”
Tina,
BSW Student, Carleton University

“It’s important to me to connect with social workers across Ontario to expand my skills and network. OASW has provided opportunities to not only present my research, but engage with other social workers and researchers to address issues focusing on the key aspect of social work, social justice.”
Natalie,
PhD Student, University of Windsor
