Advance: A focus on integrating equity and sustaining growth

OASW’s 2025 Annual Report reflects a year of meaningful progress in membership growth, community connection, advocacy action, and our ongoing commitment to integrating equity into everything we do.

In 2025, OASW surpassed 10,000 members. This milestone speaks to the strength of our growing community and to our continued investment in advocacy, learning opportunities, local events, and member benefits that align with social workers’ priorities and professional values.

2024 Annual Report

Sustain: Emphasizing lasting change and long-term commitment

Sustain: OASW’s 2024 Annual Report highlights a year of growth, transition, and lasting impact. As we reached the midpoint of our 2022-2027 Strategic Plan, we remained steadfast in advancing equity, strengthening our internal capacity, and amplifying the voice of social work across Ontario.

In 2024, we welcomed new leadership, expanded our reach and membership, deepened our policy influence, and continued to foster a connected, inclusive, and advocacy-driven community. From new equity initiatives and record-breaking engagement to a renewed commitment to sustainability, we continued to grow a vibrant, connected, and forward-looking Association.
